Washington County Ag Expo and Fair
Notice to all exhibitors
Read this before proceeding to register and enter exhibits
Before you start making entries
please read and follow these guidelines.

To use the Washington County Agricultural Organization online (internet) registration and exhibit entry system go to:www.blueribbonfair.com/washingtoncountymd

When using the system, you can log out and back into the system without finalizing the registration and exhibit entries, thus no online convenience fee is charged by the software company. However, for the registration and entries to get transmitted to the Washington County Ag Expo & Fair you must complete the process through the "Final Summary" and billing process.

After you submit your registration and entries, you will see a message that a confirmation is being sent to your E-Mail address.

The first time an exhibitor registers, enters exhibits and submits the data through the "Final Summary" and billing process there is an online convenience fee of $2.00 which the Ag Expo will pay. The billing statement will show the online convenience fee to be $3.00 however; Ag Expo has a special fee of only $ 2.00.

If an exhibitor signs onto the system again to make entry changes or additions and submits data through the "Final Summary" and billing process, there will be an additional $2.00 online convenience fee, which the exhibitor is responsible to pay. If you owe additional fees for repeated uses of the system, calculate the amount owed as $2.00 rather than $3.00.

The system invoice will also include any Open Class livestock entry fees.

Print 2 copies of the "Final Summary."

All fees must be paid prior to the entries being accepted. Therefore, remit the fees along with a copy of the "Final Summary" to: Ag Expo, P. O. Box 681, Sharpsburg, MD 21782-0681.

Keep a copy of the "Final Summary" and bring it to the Ag Expo & Fair in case there are any questions about your entries.
